Our main shipping services are exclusively provided by Reptile Runner. Orders over $800 (before tax) will receive FREE shipping through Reptile Runner. The client is responsible for ensuring a proper shipping address is provided at the time of transaction. Winter shipping will be defaulted to “Hub Pickup ONLY”. Any other arrangement that is not a FedEx hub pickup is not subject to our Live Arrival Guarantee. Winter shipping typically begins from November to March, subject to seasonal weather change. WestJet Cargo or Air Canada Cargo may be utilized, only in the event that you are not in the Reptile Runner (FedEx) service range. WestJet Cargo and Air Canada Cargo usage are subject to a fuel surcharge by us as we are 3 hours from the closest live cargo serviced airport.
Live arrival is guaranteed, as well as a 24-hour health guarantee upon arrival. No guarantees if shipping methods are against what is recommended by us (RE: Winter shipping protocol). Please contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org) within the first 24 hours to notify us of DOA’s or any concerns. DOA’s will require picture proof. A satisfactory replacement or credit to future purchases will be provided in the event of the loss of your animal. No refund will be issued. Health issues will be dealt with on a case by case basis. My reputation is most important to us and you will be looked after. Customers who prove unable to care for the animal even after continued support from us will be denied future sales.
